Cookies Policy
The NetMovIA website only uses cookies and trackers that are strictly necessary to provide services expressly requested by the user or are exempt from prior consent under applicable law. No advertising cookies or external audience measurement tools such as Google Analytics or Facebook Pixel are used as of the date of this policy.
1. Cookies and trackers used
The following cookies and storage mechanisms may be used when you access NetMovIA. As of the date of this policy, NetMovIA only uses cookies and trackers that are strictly necessary for providing the service or exempt from prior consent under the applicable regulations.
If NetMovIA were to add cookies or trackers that are not strictly necessary in the future, such as advertising cookies, profiling cookies or certain audience measurement tools, they would only be stored or read after obtaining your prior consent, in accordance with the applicable regulations.
- PHPSESSID (necessary cookie) — created automatically by PHP, it maintains your session and the security of your login, including identification and protection against certain attacks. It generally expires when the browser is closed.
- remember (optional persistent authentication) — if you select “Remember me”, this cookie contains a token used to keep you signed in. Duration: 30 days, unless deleted earlier or revoked on sign-out/security action.
- nm_email (optional prefill) — if you select “Remember me”, stores the account email address to prefill the login form. Duration: 30 days unless deleted earlier. This cookie is readable by the browser so the prefill can work.
- nm_trust (optional trusted device) — when a device is expressly registered as trusted after the security check, it contains a random token used to recognise that device and adapt the authentication flow. It may last up to 400 days and be renewed on a recognised login; the associated token can be revoked.
- nm_cookie_consent (necessary cookie) — records your choice regarding the cookie banner, for example “Accept”, “Refuse” or “Later”, depending on the options provided in the interface. It is only used to know whether the banner should be displayed again and does not allow any advertising tracking. Typical retention period: up to 6 months.
- nm_returning_account (navigation) — contains only the value 1, with no account identifier. It opens the catalogue directly on a later visit, without signing the user in or granting viewing rights. Duration: 12 months, renewed when the catalogue is accessed while signed in.
- nmdev (publisher-only technical cookie) — used only during certain maintenance or testing phases to grant technical access to a development version. It is not used to track visitors and is retained only for the technical need concerned.
- Local storage (localStorage / sessionStorage) may store technical settings, interface preferences, playback positions or drafts required by the features you use. sessionStorage is intended for the current session or tab; localStorage may persist until deleted, replaced or no longer needed by the relevant feature. These storage mechanisms are not used for advertising or profiling.
nm_lang (language preference) stores the selected language for no more than twelve months. nm_cookie_consent stores the banner choice for no more than six months so the banner is not shown unnecessarily. External checkout pages apply the seller’s or provider’s privacy and cookie information displayed in their process.
2. No advertising cookies or third-party trackers
NetMovIA does not currently use third-party cookies or trackers for advertising or profiling purposes, such as Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, social networks or advertising networks.
If such tools were to be added in the future, they would only be activated after obtaining your explicit consent through a dedicated banner, in accordance with the applicable regulations.
3. Your choices and cookie management
You can delete cookies and local data stored by NetMovIA at any time through your browser settings, including history, cookies or local storage.
If NetMovIA introduces cookies that are not strictly necessary in the future, you will be able to accept, refuse or withdraw your consent at any time through the cookie management tool made available on the platform, under conditions that are as simple as those used to collect consent.
Please note: without strictly necessary technical cookies, certain essential features, such as login, security or playback resume, may not function properly and may even make the service unavailable.
