Studio terms of service and sale
Studio use, NetMoviz pack purchases and customer rights.
Version dated 20 October 2026 · studio-2026-10-20.1
1. Who provides the Studio?
NetMovIA Studio is operated by NetMovia, a French SASU with share capital of EUR 100, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 131 241 762. Registered office: 47 rue Vivienne, 75002 Paris, France. Contact: support@netmovia.com — +262 693 05 78 43 (Réunion). EU VAT number: FR67131241762.
These terms cover Studio creation tools and NetMoviz packs. Access to the streaming catalogue and film publication have separate terms. Purchasing a pack does not guarantee publication or earnings.
2. Service and access
The Studio lets you generate videos, images, voices, dialogue and music with AI models, then edit and export creations. Available features and model settings are described in the Studio.
You need an account, an Internet connection and an up-to-date browser. Uploaded files must meet the formats and limits displayed by the relevant tool. Customers must have legal capacity to contract and authority to act for any business they represent. Protect your account credentials and report unauthorised access to support.
AI outputs can contain errors, vary for the same request or resemble other outputs. Review them before use or publication. These limitations do not remove statutory conformity obligations.
Service levels and support. Unless an express commitment is displayed at checkout or for a specific feature, NetMovia does not guarantee any contractual minimum level of availability, generation time, latency, capacity, continued availability of a specific model, or artistic quality of the output. The absence of a guaranteed minimum service level does not limit statutory conformity rights, characteristics expressly advertised for a specific operation, or any mandatory legal obligations. Studio support is available at support@netmovia.com; NetMovia does not charge a separate support fee, apart from the user’s ordinary internet or telecommunications costs.
Data required for the service. Depending on the feature used, providing the Studio may require account and contact data, order and payment references, checkout consents, projects, instructions and uploaded files, and technical logs necessary for performance, security, support, fraud prevention and evidence of transactions. Purposes, legal bases, recipients and retention periods are detailed in the Privacy Policy.
Accessibility. Information about service accessibility and how that information is updated is available on the Accessibility page. Accessibility-related requests may also be sent to support.
3. Packs, prices and bonuses
Packs are one-time purchases, with no subscription or automatic renewal. The pricing page sets out volumes, prices and usage examples. Your order summary shows the total and applicable taxes before payment.
- Starter: 2,500 NetMoviz — €19.99; eligible bonus: 350 NetMoviz.
- Creator: 5,000 NetMoviz — €39.99; eligible bonus: 700 NetMoviz.
- Pro: 10,000 NetMoviz — €79.99; eligible bonus: 1,500 NetMoviz.
- Max: 20,000 NetMoviz — €149.99; eligible bonus: 3,000 NetMoviz.
The selected pack’s bonus applies to each of the account’s first three paid pack purchases, across all packs. From the fourth purchase, only the regular volume is credited. Bonuses are not cash payments. New offers do not retroactively change a completed order.
Bonuses and refunded purchases. For determining the first three effectively paid pack purchases, a purchase that is fully refunded, cancelled or finally charged back is not treated as a definitively paid purchase. NetMovia may recalculate bonus eligibility based on transactions that remain validly paid and may adjust the bonus linked to a refunded or cancelled transaction. For a partial refund, only the affected portion is adjusted. This rule prevents combining a refund with a retained promotional benefit and does not limit any mandatory consumer right.
4. Ordering, payment and delivery
Purchases are offered only in countries or territories enabled by NetMovIA and supported by the relevant checkout flow. Eligibility is checked in particular from the billing country or territory. If the checkout rejects or does not support that location, no order can be concluded through that flow. Availability and the payment route may change for future orders.
NetMovIA is the seller of NetMoviz packs and the provider of the Studio. For transactions covered by Stripe Managed Payments, Sold through Link acts as Merchant of Record, including for transaction processing and the tax obligations covered by that service. This does not transfer NetMovIA’s status as seller or reduce its contractual obligations or consumers’ mandatory rights.
For transactions covered by Stripe Managed Payments, Sold through Link determines, collects and remits applicable indirect taxes within the scope of that service. NetMovIA enables purchases only in countries or territories configured as eligible for Stripe Managed Payments. The final total, currency, applicable taxes and, where relevant, currency conversion are shown before payment; those checkout details apply to the transaction concerned.
NetMoviz are added after payment confirmation. Confirmation and transaction records are provided through the payment process. If payment is confirmed but credits are missing, contact support with the receipt reference; do not pay again to resolve the issue.
Immediate availability before the withdrawal period ends. When purchases are enabled and the customer wants to receive and use NetMoviz immediately, before the statutory withdrawal period expires, the checkout flow obtains, where required by applicable law, the customer’s express request for performance to begin immediately and acknowledgement of the consequences for the right of withdrawal. For digital content supplied without a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal may be lost only where the legal conditions are met, including prior express consent, acknowledgement of the loss of the right and confirmation on a durable medium. For a service started before the end of the withdrawal period, the consequences of withdrawal are determined by applicable law and may include a proportionate payment for the part already performed where the legal conditions are met. NetMovia keeps evidence of the consents and confirmations required for the transaction.
5. Using NetMoviz
NetMoviz are Studio usage units attached to the purchasing account. They cannot be transferred between accounts, resold or exchanged for cash. This does not limit applicable purchase refund or withdrawal rights.
Generation costs depend on the model and settings and are displayed before confirmation. Video quantities shown on the pricing page are estimates for individual models and settings and cannot be added across models. Editing and exports do not consume NetMoviz in the offer described.
6. NetMoviz validity — six months per allocation
Each new NetMoviz pack is valid for six calendar months from the date its credits become available. Bonus credits included in that pack have the same expiry date. NetMoviz gifted separately by the administration are valid for six calendar months from each allocation. View the exact dates by opening the balance details in the Studio.
Credits expiring first are spent first, before credits with no expiry date. Logging in, spending credits, receiving a gift or buying another pack does not extend existing credits. At expiry, only the remaining credits in the relevant allocation are removed; your account and creations are not deleted.
Email reminders are scheduled thirty days and then seven days before expiry if credits remain in the relevant allocation. Keep your email address up to date and also check the dates in the Studio.
Historical credits held before activation of this rule retain their previous terms: no new expiry date is imposed retroactively. Technical refunds restore the credits used with their original expiry date, without extending it; credits already expired do not become usable again merely because they are restored.
If a Studio outage prevents you from using credits, contact support for an appropriate remedy, including a justified extension. Credit validity does not restrict statutory guarantees or applicable withdrawal and refund rights.
7. Failures, withdrawal and refunds
Credits for a generation that fails to start or complete because of a technical problem are restored as described in the Studio. If they are not restored, report the relevant generation to support. A result that does not match a creative preference is not, by itself, a technical failure.
Restoring generation credits is different from refunding a purchase price. The refund and withdrawal policy explains requests, applicable statutory periods and a sample notice. Merely reading these terms or crediting an account does not automatically waive withdrawal rights.
Refund, payment reversal or chargeback. Where a refund, cancellation, chargeback or other adjustment relates to all or part of a transaction, the NetMoviz and bonuses linked to the affected part may be removed, blocked or adjusted so that the same purchase is not both refunded and retained as usable credits. Credits from separate unaffected purchases are not removed.
If NetMoviz linked to the transaction have already been used, the consequences depend on the reason for the refund, applicable law and the consents validly obtained. To the extent permitted by law, NetMovia may adjust the account, temporarily restrict new paid generations while a payment dispute is reviewed, and seek payment of amounts that remain lawfully due. None of these measures removes mandatory consumer rights or the ability to dispute in good faith an unauthorised payment or a non-conforming service.
Fraudulent, abusive or manipulative refund requests or payment disputes may lead, after review, to proportionate account measures, without preventing good-faith exercise of the customer’s legal rights.
Where a right of withdrawal remains applicable, you can exercise it with NetMovIA using the public withdrawal form, without signing in, including after closing your account. The process allows you to identify the contract, confirm the request and receive an acknowledgement on a durable medium containing the notice and the date and time it was sent. You can also send an unequivocal statement to support@netmovia.com. Sold through Link support remains available for the relevant payment operations; it does not replace these ways of exercising your rights with NetMovIA.
8. Your content and permitted use
You retain the rights you hold in your text, images, audio and other files. You authorise their processing to the extent needed for the generation, editing, storage and export you request. Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy.
You must hold necessary permissions, including for people’s likenesses and voices, copyrighted works and trademarks. Illegal or fraudulent use, infringement of others’ rights and bypassing technical safeguards are prohibited. Generation does not guarantee copyright protection, exclusivity or freedom from third-party rights. Check the rights required for your intended use, including commercial use.
Creations are not automatically published in the catalogue; publication involves a separate submission and review. Buying NetMoviz does not grant a general advertising licence over your content.
9. Availability, changes and ending access
Technical interruptions or maintenance may affect the service. Contact support if an incident prevents you from using a pack. Service changes do not remove rights attached to completed purchases or remedies for failure to supply or lack of conformity.
Access may be restricted proportionately to address unlawful use or a security risk. Contact support to request review. Suspension does not automatically confiscate credits or remove refund rights. Before voluntarily closing your account, contact support about your remaining credits and exporting creations.
Service security. In the event of a security incident, threat or vulnerability that may affect the Studio, NetMovia may take proportionate measures such as temporarily limiting a feature, suspending a session or access, revoking a token or key, isolating a file or project, requiring re-authentication or access reset, deploying a fix, and asking the user to take a security action. Where required by law, affected persons and/or the competent authority are informed. These security measures do not, by themselves, cause the permanent loss of NetMoviz or the customer’s statutory rights.
10. Statutory guarantees and liability
Statutory guarantees continue to apply. Under French consumer law, for one-off supplies or a series of separate supplies of digital content or services, the trader is responsible for conformity defects existing at supply and appearing within two years. For continuous supply, this obligation covers the agreed supply period.
Consumers may request conformity remedies free of charge, without undue delay or significant inconvenience. Where legal conditions are met, a price reduction or termination is available. Necessary conformity updates are included in statutory obligations. Statements about AI limitations do not exclude applicable guarantees.
Each party’s liability is determined by law and its contractual role. No provision removes mandatory consumer rights.
Conformity must be restored free of charge, without undue delay or significant inconvenience. A price reduction or termination is available in the statutory cases, including refusal, unjustified delay, imposed costs, significant inconvenience or an unsuccessful remedy; a sufficiently serious defect allows immediate recourse. For a paid contract, a minor defect alone does not justify termination. Unavailability during repair suspends the remaining guarantee. The hidden-defects guarantee also applies under articles 1641–1649 of the French Civil Code for two years from discovery. Guarantees are independent of credit validity.
1° Le professionnel refuse de mettre le contenu numérique ou le service numérique en conformité ;
2° La mise en conformité du contenu numérique ou du service numérique est retardée de manière injustifiée ;
3° La mise en conformité du contenu numérique ou du service numérique ne peut intervenir sans frais imposés au consommateur ;
4° La mise en conformité du contenu numérique ou du service numérique occasionne un inconvénient majeur pour le consommateur ;

12. Governing law and versions
French law governs NetMovia’s service terms, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence or access to legally competent courts.
The version accepted at purchase remains applicable to that purchase. New versions do not retroactively replace its terms. Keep your receipt and a copy of the terms. Translations facilitate understanding without reducing mandatory consumer protections.
